We start by understanding two sets of thoughts and behaviours — yours as a founder and your buyer's as a decision maker. How the founder sees the brand, the vision, the values, the blind spots. And how the buyer actually thinks, decides and feels. The gap between these two perspectives is almost always where growth is being lost. We close that gap before we do anything else.
We do not target women aged 25 to 40. We target the person who genuinely cares about what they consume but still makes emotional choices when no one is watching.
